  • All prices in our showroom include 21% VAT, prices are subject to change.
  • We can make an offer for you without obligation. However, we cannot be held liable for the quantities ordered, because we base an offer on the basis of the information provided by you.
  • An order may be stored for a maximum of 6 weeks. After that we will charge €12,50 including VAT per month for this.
  • You can make changes to your order up to 48 hours prior to delivery. After that your order can no longer be changed. If you still want to change your order, a handling fee of € 20,00 will be charged. Specially ordered materials CANNOT be changed after order confirmation.
  • No rights are derived from any calculation errors.
  • The transport costs depend on the total amount you spend and the delivery address. Calculate your transport costs here.
  • Unfortunately, it is impossible to inform you about the exact time of delivery. If you call us a business day prior to the delivery, between 15:00 – 17:00 we can inform you if you may expect the delivery in the morning (before 12:00) or in the afternoon (after 13:00). This will always be an estimation! We recommend you always plan your delivery a day prior to when you would need the materials.
  • No delay in delivery can be a reason to compensation. Compensation will never be granted to delays.
  • A deposit of 10% of the total amount must be paid. The remaining amount must be transferred 2 working days before delivery. If the payment has not been credited to our bank account, it is not possible to deliver the order to you.
  • When collecting materials, you can pay in cash or by pin at the office. We do not accept €200 and €500 banknotes.
  • All materials are unloaded next to the car, at a location accessible by the car, on a paved road only. The possibilities with regard to the unloading location are determined by the driver at all times. The driver is not allowed to unload the materials over a (parked) car.
  • Materials must be checked upon delivery. Complaints about deliveries and materials must be reported within 24 hours after delivery. Please note; if you process the products despite visible defects, any complaints will be rejected.
  • In case of complaints about the product, this will be reported by us in writing to the manufacturer. If the complaint is justified, it will be resolved in an appropriate manner. Unfortunately, we cannot reimburse the costs for processing.
  • In case of delivery on returnable pallets, a deposit is charged per pallet. You will receive a refund when you return the pallets. Damaged pallets are not accepted for return. We only accept returns upon the purchase receipt and only within 2 months after the purchase date.
  • Items we specifically ordered upon your request, cannot be returned.
  • We do not accept returns of leftover lots, second-hand materials and soil / sand purchased.
  • Items purchased from us that are normally in stock, we take back at 80% of the purchase price, provided the items are undamaged, clean (without sand and soil) and complete. We only accept returns upon the purchase receipt and only within 6 weeks after the purchase date.
  • Delivered materials will not be picked up by us.

Our sales conditions and the CUMELA conditions which have been deposited with the court “Midden-Nederland under number 95/2013, apply to all our offers, agreements and deliveries.
